All India Home Bazar (“we”, “us” or “our”) is an online store based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, selling Ghee, Honey, Dates, and Honey & Nuts products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We try to show our products, weights, ingredients and images as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging, colour and appearance may slightly differ from the photos on the Website.
  • Our products are natural food items. Variations in colour, texture, aroma, taste and crystallisation (for example, in honey) are normal and are not defects.
  • Product availability may change without notice. We may limit the quantity of any product per order.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If a price is wrongly displayed because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will get a full refund.

6. Payments

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days. Please contact us if it is not.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to the locations and PIN codes serviced by our courier partners.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, strikes, courier delays or other events beyond our control.
  • Please give a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Storage and Safe Use of Products

  • Please read the label on each product for ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and best-before date.
  • Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a clean, dry spoon.
  • Our Honey & Nuts and other products may contain nuts or traces of other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please check the label carefully before consuming.
  • Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Try to hack, disrupt or overload the Website or its servers.
  • Copy, scrape or reuse our content without written permission.
  • Submit false, abusive or misleading information or reviews.
